Well you have developed a short somewhere.

If it only happens when you use the starter button....then the starter circuit would be the place to begin looking.

I would disconnect the small wire to the starter solenoid that comes from the stater circuit....and see if the fuse blows with the stater solenoid disconnected.....if the fuse doesn't blow with the solenoid out of the system - that would indicate that your solenoid might be at fault.

If the fuse blows with the solenoid disconnected - that would indicate you have a short somewhere in the circuit coming from the starter button.

You didn't say what year your bike is - but it appears the yellow/black wire to the starter solenoid is the same on all years.

The bike is a 1999 model

I disconnet one small wire from the solinoid and the fuse blow Again.

soo the starter and the solinoid are NOT the problem ?

Have you done any mod's or repairs to it lately?
Or is it completely stock?

I would agree that you isolated starter and solenoid by removing the wire, as long as you don't allow the wire to touch anything.

The best method I've seen so far for tracking down a short is to replace the fuse with a light bulb.

The wattage of the light bulb will limit the current, so it won't be enough to run the bike.
Disconnect the starter and decomp solenoid.
push the starter button and wiggle the wires.
look for smoke   ;D

The right control cable ends under the tank on the right side.
But, the starter button runs to the clutch safety.
Pull the connector on the clutch lever, if it still shorts out, then it's in the right control.

The light can't be on to start the bike, or can't be on BRIGHT?

Are you unplugging the light or a fuse from the harness when it does start?  Reason I ask is because our bikes (as best I know) can never have the headlight turned off by any buttons or switches for safety reasons. It's always on unless you pull a fuse or unplug a harness, or worst case blow your headlight bulb.

Just asking to help others understand your findings and help you out properly with any other guidance.

what is the wattage of the headlight and what are the wattage of the fuses?

headlight should be 55/60
fuses should be 20

Don't know if this helps, but when I went to Suzuki Electrical school in the late '70s, someone asked what blows fuses, and the teacher replied "Oversexed electrons".
