They smash down after you use them.

Use them till they leak.

The one on the right looks better then the one on the left, they are reusable to me

The gasket on the left side in your picture doesn't look like the correct part. I remember someone on here a while ago that wound up with a gasket for a SV-650 rather than a LS-650. I'd double check with your parts place, The gasket on the right in your pic looks fine. I'd reuse it.
