step 1, explain your problem
you have a leak coming from one of the bolt on top of the head (cover)
a picture would help (worth a thousand words... usually)
step 2, tighten bolt, not too tight, some these are know to strip out.
do you have a torque wrench?
some bolts have a washer under them, is there a washer?
remove bolt, get new washer, replace washer, replace bolt.

If you are inexperienced then the last thing you want to do is strip threads out. It's easy to do and hard to fix. One hand on the 1/4" ratchet, thumb on the head, open fingers on the handle and start closing the fingers. Don't use the arm, just the grip of your hand and Feel the bolt start to get harder to turn. Since the parts are already clamped down it should go from real easy to
Tight in just a little bit.
You're ahead to Fail to win at stopping the leak on the first time than mess something up. You can always go back, clean up, maybe use a dab of RTV, snug it again..
