My wife and I cancelled our planned 4 hour ride and overnight stay to Cumberland Falls this weekend. It was below 40 degrees on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and the high was in the 50's and it was very windy. Saturday morning at our planned departure....it was raining and very windy. We were going with another couple, and the good news is the wives talked it over on Wednesday...and they cancelled our reservation. This morning we had frost on our roof and in the grass! |

We Thought we would roll the windows down. We were on cement, crossing the runways. The air was so hot that we had to roll the windows up. Like a blast furnace. Good grief, I thought Odessa was hot. |
