new badges came in, finally ... wished they had lowercase "cc" and still need to adjust the kerning before application

You really need to consider going to the 95mm Wiseco.

Your bike would look so much more "badass" with 666 on it! >:(

but that would be cool on someones bike ...

*not into the skulls and devils or iron crosses either, the majority of which has become passé in bike themes ... :-/

Thanks Kenny. I'm still debating on the location. Either on the side covers where the old "S40" badges were or low on the tank sides.

Did a quick mock up and still non-commital. ;D

Cool. Now I know what kerning is. If I were to put badges or decals on, I'd do a "6 1/2 " badge on the side cover. Just to be obscure. But I won't.

Rat,

I don't see anything on your badges that can be kearned.

Take a pic with a tape measure alongside the badges so we can get some idea of the scale.

Are you planning on selling the badges?

not sure how the 6 1/2" badge* would fit on the side covers.

Kenny,

the spacing between the letters (kerning) is too wide for these proportional block letters for my tastes. It is also off slightly with the "CC" spacing.
