Title: Headlight and horn don't work
Post by Steve6 on 03/30/16 at 10:47:31

So, 06 w/ 9000miles. About 5 yrs ago i swapped out the left controls for some used ones bc my flashers were stuck in hazard mode and that fixed that. Now my headlight and horn don't work at all but my signals do. Could use some help with what to work on here. signals and hazards both work now but headlight and horn don't.

Check the connector under the tank.  If nothing on the left control works.....you likely have lost the power feed to that area.

Also check the fuse.....right side, just below the seat, above the side panel.  There is a white rectangular plastic thingy that has 2 fuses in it (there should be a spare fuse in the little pouch attached to your tool box cover.

id take a test light and check for power to the connector under tank and fuses.

How Fun! They can't see you, you can't see, and the horn, which nobody can hear but you, isn't working either...

Check power to each. The horn button and headlight.
