no paperwork sounds a bit ominous

Have the VIN # checked by the police. before you spend a dime....  IF it comes up as stolen, your money is gone.......No paperwork = BIG gamble for the buyer........

GreenHorn

About the only way you can hurt a savage is to run it out of oil !   Go look at it and get the vin.#   If it is stolen you can help the person it was Stole from !   What if it was your bike that came up missing, you'd want some body to help find it for ya !  ;)   Even if it was years later .  :)

Modern Day Bike Thief's are kinda like old time Horse Thief's :  Hanggings -to-good for em !  >:(
Low Down Scum-Suckers !

Why is it parked in a roll off dumpster?

I wouldn't be surprised that this bike was found when someone was cleaning out a vacant house or garage - or it was abandoned in a storage unit.  The seller may know nothing about the bikes history.

Appears stock. So often someone to rides three times in a year, maintenance gets put off, then, won't start, and they abandon it. Check miles, tires, year, oil,, and vin of course.

Perhaps you should buy it quick, it's very rare, it has automatic transmission, must have been developed for the California market.

Definitely worth looking at. I'd get a lot more info from the seller before I gave him any money though.
