Looking for something different. Plastic, chrome 3D emblems, but not interested in 100-300+ minimums.

I've ran through 100's of different types on eBay, and finally settled on a design I made, but need to know who can make.

Any local graphics shop can make a vinyl print. You just have to be careful now you clean them, maybe get a clear coat on them to protect the ink.
Most can take a .jpg picture and print in onto vinyl and they charge per amount of color and size.
There will probably be some kind of "setup" fee or some such also, so if you plan to repaint later or prepare for an "accident" when one gets damaged, I would have them make a few, or at least two more than you need, it would be cheaper than having them redo it in a year or two.
And if you mess up putting one on, you will have an extra :)
I ordered my last graphics from www.militarygraphics.com , not sure if they still exist, but you could check into it and ask them if they can do yours. The charged me like $1 a an inch for a graphic I had them make for my Ninja 300.... it was a large air force star and bars... only cost me $14

How thick is that graphic?

Is it paintable, can I clear coat or "ghost" it?

I have seen guys that do graphics at the bigger flea markets in the area. Might be the same in your area.

I think it's a Fast and Loud show, but I know I saw a guy airbrush Chrome on a car and it Looked 3D.

It is probably about 1/32" think.... I would be careful about clear coating, check with the people that make the graphic to insure you don't use a type of coating that would react or bubble the paint on the graphic.
Double check the compatibility before applying, or take one of the peel pieces and check for reaction.

The "nose art" I have was a premade, I just asked for the specific size. I wash it with war water and soap.

I put clear on top of these Ebay decals and its working just fine -- Years ago I put Polyurethane (rattle-can) on my old Savage and it lasted for years . ;)

one issue Im concerned with regarding the "stickers" is that I live in ARIZONA. AVG temp is 100*+ in the AZ summer sun. My stickers on the truck are all faded, shrunk or peeling after a couple summers.

You might want to look through the Diablo Cycle website. They make reproduction badges and decals, and you might find one you like from a vintage bike.

Most of them are made to be clear coated. I am not sure you can paint lacquer over them - but the new 2K paints are not chemically reactive to most things.

It sounds like you need really Light Colors and really High Gloss paint and decals ! ;D

I lived in El Paso TX for a while , so I know what your referring too . I'd wear long sleeve shirts all summer just for the shade ! ;)
