Title: New addition to the family
Post by mpescatori on 02/15/16 at 14:09:14

Well...

I absolutely, positively HAVE to get back onmy bike and ride !

Savage loaded into a van, trucked to the local mechanic, being looked after.

Meanwhile...

And that's a nice garden, too. Congrats (on both).

Wish I had the upper body strength to handle something like that! Nice! 8-)

1995 FXDXT, Dyna Superglide Sport, the "raciest" of Dynas - with an engine I can still get to work on, the 80cu.in. EVO.

Looks like a Dyna, feels like a Bonnie. 29°rake (instead of the 32° rake on a Low Rider)
stiff front fork and double disc brakes up front (hence the last "T"  on the designation) make it a nice road hugger.

As for the engine, I had found a 96cu.in. Twin Cam Low Rider for the same money but... not in such a good shape
AND anything beyond the 80 EVO will be fuel injected - no go.

The garden ? thanks, but it's the seller's  ;D

Finally got that on my 3rd read, JOG

And Maurizio, sweet ride.  Love the dual front discs.  SUPER clean for a 95.

Was it worth the effort? I think it's funny.
