Title: Re: Motorcycle Riding Improves Health Post by KennyG on 01/31/16 at 07:58:25 Serowbot, That is a great article that you posted, and it proves why I can still walk and ride a motorcycle when at least a third of the people my age cannot even back away from the dinner table on their own. I have always known that the key to maintaining one's mental health is sunshine and a motorcycle screaming down a rural road. Now there is evidence that long term riding will keep me in the physical condition to get on the bike to keep my mental health intact.....LOL Kenny G |
