Title: Butt Puckering ride
Post by DesertRat on 12/20/15 at 09:27:07

took a ride out to CycleGear for replacement riding glasses. Took the long way on a new stretch of parkway that fairly traffic free. Was not expecting this new stretch to be "paved" with grooves. Hit the stretch at about 70 mph coming into a gradual curve and BAM the back tire went stooopid squirely. WTF? slowed down to about 50 mph and still had trouble getting the bike to take the curve but the wobble wasn't as pronounced.

worse than this example, which is pretty bad:

Hay.... It's winter and everyone knows that no one rides a motorcycle in winter..... :-/   So how many generations of inbreeding does it require in Arizona to qualify for the DOT ????  ::)

not sure old.indian,

I do know the roadwork is performed by carpetbaggers sending our tax money back to their home state.

Well, at least you and 'bot are getting a (very) small part of those tax dollars back via the politicians when the companies are awarded (buy) the contracts.. ;)
