Obama was spanked pretty hard by his own party on his HC in the new budget.
I like the fact I personally will escape another year with my healthcare intact, and no GIANT tax burden strapped to it, but my question is this: If it is bad for the year 2016, and 2017, what makes them think it will get more palatable in 3 years?

Just buying time, or too afraid to go against the administration?

If you read the story it seems this is one pillar that was to hold up his Obamacare.
Not sure how they back out now, as it has sucked in way more money than results, but that was touted as only start up cost.
Now what?
Keep tossing money into a hole for a couple more years, or scratch it?

Obama was building his legacy on this thing.
