Please those on the left, or right, explain why the same crime is not treated the same....... please.

C'mon..... according to the uncle of the Black kid, in the first article, he says its all: Dean's uncle, Phillip Rutherford, told reporters that his nephew had no intention of carrying out his threat, calling it "just fun and games."

Yeah, tell that to the judge of the two other kids....

Folks, this is what victimized looks like carried out in the courts, thank Obama, he did real good at fixing Chicago with this mentality, might as well try it on the nation.....

Btw, I think they should all be treated as serious, as it is an example of some messed up thinking, that, in a given circumstance, could spill over into acting out these threats.
When you factor in all the people who go on with their lives everyday, interacting with all race contact and nothing negative happens, these folks/kids are a extremely small number, yet.....
The news loves these kind of stories and like to publish them.
I get the free press idea, but this umbrella they like to hide under, is a disservice of journalism.
I hope one day somebody includes them, like the left is trying to do with that PP shooter, that the reporting of stories led to acting out.
I would love to be on that jury :D
