Title: Extended reasoning.....
Post by raydawg on 11/26/15 at 07:37:25

This ( story)  is about  the guy who fired 16 rounds into the Black kid.

He had 18 complaints already filed on him.

Ok, Chicago picked up the 5 million dollar price tag on settling this guys bad behavior with the family.

What I want to ask is, since Obama in adamant about letting in his refugees and threatening governors if they resist, can these states then sue the federal government if they fail to catch a terrorist and he/they go on to cause death and mayhem in that state?

Seems Chicago is steeping up for its responsibility in that matter, why not extend this reasoning to the federal level as well?

Chicago isn't stepping to anything. They payed off the family so that the dash cam video could remain hidden. That was part of the deal with the family. The video was only released when a court order forced it. Otherwise we'd have never seen it.

As far as the speculation about lawsuits. Anyone can sue anyone for anything. And when both litigants are government agencies and they are spending the taxpayers money and face no actual personal consequences regardless of the outcome the sky's the limit.

First graders on the playground threatening each other is all this is.
