What are the specs for the washer?

I've read it's a #4 washer, white, black, brass, etc...

what diameter, ID/OD?

what thickness?

This doesn't need to be technical......

You just need to go to a good hardware store with a good selection, and get some steel #4 machine screw washers. My local hardware store had some #4 screws and nuts - but no washers. They did have 3mm steel washers, and they worked just fine.

Install 3 washers....and if the mid range is still a bit lean....then take one washer out and try 2.

asked because I have a boat load of hardware in the garage, and a good micrometer, so might have some in house.

just take out the white spacer and match it up to what you got.
The ID has to fit on the needle and the OD has to fit in the hole.
Stack up how ever many you need and pull 1 or 2 out, set the extra in your tool box.

anybody have a close up photo showing washers installed in carb before the top is put on?
