So I have a 2002 savage and so far I love the bike but I'm 5'11 and the stock buckhorn handlebars just aren't doin it for me, I found a pair of window handlebars with 9inch rise and need to know if anybody here knows if they would work with the stock cable length

Maybe...

I successfully used the stock cables with 13" rise. 1998 with buckhorn bar stock. The wiring and brake hose needed modifications.

Longer brake hose and extensions to the watch wires.
