Title: "Water buffalo" fender

thanks toesnose, I think it looks good on it. I'm considering stripping down the braces to bare copper metal and polishing up real good and putting clear coat over, then do different accents on other chrome pieces with "copper plate" product from dubicolor so the bike will have flat copper main paint black tubes/frame and copper and chrome accent pieces.

I'm pretty sure copper with paint over it. they do work the fender does not move at all in any direction, mounted in stock middle then the braces in the front and back

I'm torn...
Copper is, IMO, very nice looking. Next, is it better smooth or with peening marks? And, do you want EVERYONE to know those bits are worth four bucks a pound?
