Title: New tail light.. Post by JutMan on 08/09/15 at 19:35:36 I have bought a new tail light that matches the turn signals I already put on. I plan on making the bracket out of 1/4 "  aluminum and thin rubber pad to protect the paint. I have never fabricated anything before from metal so I am not sure aluminum is the best choice. light.

I was not sure if it woul look better with the license plate mount as a second pieced screwed under the fender or if it would be better as a piece mounted behind the light. The wiring would run through a tiny metal conduit or brake line.
