Title: Re: Set my idle Post by Art Webb on 07/06/15 at 09:54:01 What I did, on the advice of this forum, was set it to idle at 10 mph in 1st gear on a flat surface (parking lot in my case) with the clutch fully disengaged |

Title: Re: Set my idle Post by chzeckmate on 07/06/15 at 16:41:59 You could get a cheap tach/hour meter. Like this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221557191618?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT ...and yeah, 1100 would be better. 1500 is too hot. |
