'Rember' a huge group of Christian invaders taking over a huge continent slaughtering the 'locals' and imposing their way for hundreds of years.
Then becoming the 'self-appointed' police force of the world.

Are these new settlers afraid of a new group of invaders imposing on their lifestyle and customs?

Chew your turkey well, my friends, 1492 is not a zip code.....

That was the Crusades, right?  Then "Rule Britannia, Britannia rule the waves...."

The U.S. was not founded as and is not a "Christan Nation."

Can I just add to my last post, to say that on this forum I've made many friends (mostly from US) and I really appreciate the 'camaraderie' that this site evidently nurtures, and may long it continue.  8-)

The US isn't a Christian nation?

The Rights that the Constitution guarantees are the rights a decent person would want. Notice that there is no Right to steal or injure. I'm not gonna try to teach those who've survived this long and failed to understand. Those who get it, Happy Fourth.
I wasn't there and had no hand in the killing of the Natives, or taking Hawaii, or the slavery,, some things I just can't be okay with.
The world is a brutal place.. How anyone could claim Rights, as Granted By the Creator of Nature itself, and then Not extend that same idea to those of other races, certainly to those who were here first, its just beyond me.
And
All men are created equal? Yet, slaves counted as three fifths of a man.
Which increased legislative representation ...

Happy fourth everybody!

I didn't kill any natives, or own any slaves, and my ancestors were oppressed, too
it was called the 'reconstruction'

It was, and like this vast continent in its early days, it was a beautiful thing to behold before "railroading"

A gaggle is a term of venery for a flock of geese that is not in flight; in flight, the group can be called a skein. A gaggle is equal to at least five geese.

I question the validity of your criticism.

Isn't a skein a ball of yarn?  ;)

Or a bunch of fish eggs before the roe sack is removed...

And archaeologists have found European settlements remains in North America that predate the last big ice age. Off the Virginia coast. 60K year old garbage dumps. All we did was take it back.

There are very few peoples on this planet, if any, that are actually 'native' to where they live, mostly we all took our homes from others at the tip of a spear, sword, or gun
It's just 'in style' to hate on America for doing what everyone else did, first
