Title: Obamas approval rating
Post by verslagen1 on 06/30/15 at 08:35:52

https://www.yahoo.com/politics/obamas-approval-rating-hits-two-year-high-122853368326.html

In general, I characterize him as "The Great Divider"
never has our politics been more polarized.
Maybe that's a good thing, not fearing to tread where angels will not go.

How would you characterize him?

I stand by my earlier thoughts:

Probably a good guy, but he is being manipulated by MIC, and Wall Street .. just as any president would be at this point.

GW, and Reagan were the "Great Dividers"...

It all depends on which bench you sit on... :-/...

I disagree, Pine. He made his past disappear, locked away. He said
Fundamental Change, when does Number One NEED fundamental CHANGE?
He promised to destroy coal. Getting that done. His politics are, at the core, unamerican, IF welook at the constitution for the definition of American.
SCOTUS interpreted language in an impossible to support logically manner.
States that have not created exchanges , according to the ruling, had, indeed created them. I don't care how lovingly the supporters believe this is good. An honest reading wouldn't allow it. They suspended reality to pass what I believe the supporters will cry about, eventually, it collapses and we will have horrible health care. I'm having problems finding a doctor because Medicare and humana pay so little. Doctors are bailing out or becoming more selective.
We've all been subjected to governmental decisions. Wars, wars we supported initially because the media painted us a picture that caused us to believe it was the right thing to do. Who was in office when Libya was introduced to democracy? How are the people there doing today?
He isn't manipulated by the MIC.  Hillary was told to step back and let him have it, she couldnt accomplish as much for them as he has.
I still think she's next, but ill vote for Trump, at this point.
That thee approval rating is above six percent troubles me. Can people really be so blind?

Its not just the MIC, its very complex.  Go back, look at Eisenhower's exit speech. Look at JFK, REMember that eventually it came out that Nam was based in lies.
