The thread I am interested in (Cam Chain Adjuster check) appears to be closed, as it is not showing a reply link.

So I am creating a new thread with this question.

Can someone post the dimensions of the tab that is welded onto the plunger.
What is the thickness of it,
the height
and length?

Post your questions in rsd.

I use 3/16 x 3/4 stainless steel bar stock.
Ground to match the stock tab as best as possible.
