Title: dipstick vs sight glass
Post by kimchris1 on 06/14/15 at 20:47:02

Shadow has a dipstick, checking his oil
is much easier than doing so on Genie
that has a sight glass.

However, changing oil is a different matter.
I can change the oil and filter all by myself on Genie.
Not a problem at all.
Shadow requires two people as the filter is located more
so under the bike and requires the bike to be leaned so
one can get the filter wrench on it easier.
It would be nice to be able to change the oil as easy on
Shadow as it is on Genie.
If I had a bike lift it might could be done easier too.

Doesn't look like Jay has put the video up on his "garage" show.
