Title: Rebuilding a Muffler Post by strang on 05/30/15 at 10:42:23 Mucked around re-building with this today. Liked this shape but wanted shorter: http://i330.photobucket.com/albums/l432/mike_odonovan/high%20silencer%203.jpg (http://s330.photobucket.com/user/mike_odonovan/media/high%20silencer%203.jpg.html) got rid of this junk inside: http://i330.photobucket.com/albums/l432/mike_odonovan/high%20silencer%202.jpg (http://s330.photobucket.com/user/mike_odonovan/media/high%20silencer%202.jpg.html) tacked up the size I want: http://i330.photobucket.com/albums/l432/mike_odonovan/high%20silencer%201.jpg (http://s330.photobucket.com/user/mike_odonovan/media/high%20silencer%201.jpg.html) what do you think of the above baffle? basically one of them chopper baffles cut in half and then shunted off with a plate so everything has to flow out and then back in again. Seen other do this with the perforated baffles, so presumed this might be worth a go? Thought I would get your thoughts before welding it up.
