According to BCB, the stock rear tire MUST be used to fit their rear fender.... I'm not using their kit, but building my bobber with a 6 inch flat trailer style fender. Also running a 140/90-15 tire.... my question is will this work with my tire?

If the trailer fender is flat.....I don't see how it makes any difference how wide the tire is. The tire does not have to fit inside a curved rear fender....when you are using a fender that is flat.
