I just came back from a 120 mile ride... and somehow I seemed to have a slight downhill and 10mph tailwind both ways... The bike was running so light and easy that I kept looking for flags and branches to see if the wind was pushing me along... Also,... it's late May in Southern Arizona, and the temps are mid 70's f... That's nearly unheard of... ( I even got shivers in few places)... :-? :-?... Is it possible that my bike has finally broke in, at 34k miles?... (I feel like it grew 10 extra ponies)... Anyway,... just couldn't have been a better ride... Everything is in bloom,.. I saw two antelope grazing in Sonoita, and while I was stopped for coffee a raven the size of a condor flew by not 20 feet from me... Wish yall wus here... ... and,... I forgot my camera... so it didn't really happen... But it did ... ;)... |
