Title: Thunder Beach Panama City Florida
Post by old_rider on 04/30/15 at 18:30:05

Went to Panama City Beach today, for a practice run, a friend of mine wants to go tomorrow but he doesn't have a ride, so i'll let him ride my savage and i'll put the wife on the back of her's (she can't ride one up because of hand surgery).
I had to time it because he needs to be back here by 4pm, and the wife has an appointment at 9am... tricky... but it can be done!
ANYWAY...my point is, I seen this wicked genius bike on the beach front road at a hotel... and snapped a couple of pics..

It has air shocks in the front....so I imagine it has the same in the back or just raising up the front provides enough clearance.  You can see a compressor tank and gauge at the front of the frame.  He most likely raises it up a bit for riding.

That is some fancy looking windshield.

What's on top of the tank?

Hate to pick (who am I kidding,.. I love to pick),... but the engine and bars are too chromey for the rest of the bike...

You didn't take enough pics,Hoss.
Anyone have any ideas about what that wrench is about?

Based on the look of all the tires that are on my bikes.......the front tire is on in the reverse rotation.

But he isn't likely to corner that thing hard enough to place a lot of stress in the tread blocks anyhow.  (The way his tire is mounted the stresses will be across the skinny part of the tread when he corners.....not along the long portion of the blocks).

Definitely looks like it would have to be
raised up in order for any clearance.
Someone had some imagination and time
on their hands to build that.
Would love pics of the beach itself, being I
was born and raised in P.C. Fla.

COULD BE THAT THE AIR SHOCKS LEAK WHEN THE MOTOR IS NOT RUNNING  ?  :-?    IF SO ,  ::)  YOU CRANK IT UP , BLOW-UP THE SHOCKS  AND RIDE !  :)

I'M STICKING WITH WHAT I GOT !  ;D

INTERESTING PICTURE OLD RIDER  8-)  THANKS

could also be fully automatic air suspension, drops when you kill it, raises when you start it
I drove some buses like that
