The Moonshine Lunch Run will be on April 11th this year......anybody want to go to Moonshine, Illinois for a hamburger?

I did this last year and it was 41 degrees when we left at 6:00 AM, and by the afternoon it was in the 60's and a great day for a ride. I rode a total of 570 miles there and back.

If the weather is decent......I would be interested in going again. Let me know if any of you want to go....and we can set up a place to meet.

(If the weather is crappy...I will be driving the car to Applebee's for my burger that day).

We got our hamburgers about 10:30...and the line was short. Since we had all gotten up at 5 AM.....lunch at 10:30 was fine with us. The line and wait did get really long as the noon hour approached. They had about 6 grills going to keep up with the demand.

Even better than the hamburger....was the Amish family selling pies!
