I have a hesitation on acelleration while in 2nd and 3rd gear. Also when turning at intersections it sputters. Only happens under load.
Fresh plug new air filter. Dirty carb or electrical?

If it's only in certain gears,.. you are probably lugging it...
Try a lower gear at those speeds...

it skips in those gears like the motor cuts out.... not a gear issue. like a ignition dead spot

How fast are you going through the corners and what gear are you in?

it happens around 30 to 40 2nd and third, even on straight going

Awwrite, try to cut down the variables in the report.

Accelerate through every gear, note speed when it messes up.
Accelerate through every gear a bit harder,
The more details about the problem the better.
Remember, nobody can feel it like you can.
The Cuts out like key turned off.

Hmm, possibly loose connection.
Saw a guy park in his drive way and wouldn't start. The connector under the tank had vibrated loose.
Kickstand, foot, making it cut out.
