putting my bike back together once and for all and apparently lost the petcock bolts somewhere. I can't seem to find a reference to the size, the OEM are super expensive and the parts guy just sees the part number not a size spec. Anyone know what the size/thread is on them. Thanks in advance. Guess the other option is trying bolts of a known size until I find a winner but I'm impatient!

Outside US the world use M size treads. So you will find that many bolts and nuts are M6 with spanner 10mm. M6 is about 1/4 and smaller is M4, M5, bigger M8, M10. You should have tools from 8mm-19mm and you can fix almost everything :)
Treads on a Suzuki is standard treads, some can be fine treads but still standard.
But I like UNC and UNF, better :)

Yep....you want a M6x1.0 thread.....about 10 - 12 mm long I would guess.

You also will need washers that seal. The fuel will weep down the bolt head and leak if you don't install the proper sealing washers...and unfortunately those most likely will have to come from Suzuki.

Thanks. I have the washers. 3.12 each! It was going to be 7.00 per bolt for OEM.

Well...for that price go to Ace Hardware and get the fancy allen bolts in stainless with the button heads!
