Got a cam chain tensioner that is at 19mm, I emailed the fella here that does the mods, but i'm afraid he probably doesn't make the fix anymore.

If I can't reach Verslagen or if he doesn't make the tensioner mods, then what are my options? Should I buy a new cam chain and guides?

Worst case scenario you take your tensioner to a welder.
AFAIK Verslagen is still modding tensioners. A softer spring is a good plan, too, IMO.

@CodyAlanB5 the tensioners are still being made I just picked 1 tonight and he made 1 for someone while I was there. Just be patient with the email he's a busy dude. I know his turnaround is pretty quick.
