Title: Head Plug Replacement
Post by bobthekerr on 02/25/15 at 07:49:36

So...since Verslagen doesn't currently have these available until further notice, does anyone have any links to someone or somewhere that carries them that are better than the OEM plugs?

Suzuki or Verslagen are the only options....unless you want to make your own.

I am not sure the new plugs from Suzuki aren't adequate - the real issue seems to be that they need a sealant applied to be durable, and for some reason a sealant was not used at the factory or the repair shops.

Use a new factory plug, install a sealer, and most likely you will be fine for a long time.

Thanks Dave!!! Can I use the same sealant as the kind used for the head assembly?

Yes, I used the Suzuki sealant and it seems to be working fine.
