Title: Learning to use my new GoPro
Post by EJID on 02/19/15 at 13:02:33

First attempt at editing some of my mountain bike videos on my new Go Pro camera. (Used one of their standard templates this time, will try some of my own in the future) Looking forward to using this on my S40 as well.

A fine video,, BUT,if I may,, it was a bit lacking. I watched the whole of it and not one bit of blood. No broken bones. No scrapes. Not so much as a bruise! I'm surprised that the You Tube boys would allow it.
Don't change a thing...Stay safe..

Well, skiing is a whole different story, you ride a chair uphill, and slip and slide downhill in a controlled mayhem, ok, a semi-controlled mayhem.  :D ;D

Don't be afraid to try some interesting camera angles.

I stopped in at the Honda dealer today to pick up some moly grease for a driveshaft - and the GoPro display behind the counter caught my eye.  Evidently this is a rescued Pelican learning how to fly.

Finally made it back out yesterday to run that 911 along with some other trails...

warning...shoddy editing...most of it is replayed at 150% to save time and I selected some random music when I put it on youtube. (Total video on youtube is over 7min long...going to have to try and cut more out next time.)

There is a pretty cool slo-mo jump at about 2:35 though  ;D

I'm going to keep updating this thread as I try different things with my GoPro...

This was just with the camera mounted on the handlebars, right next to the handlebar clamps - no real video editing was applied. I was interested to see how much shake there was & how much wind noise it had with just the skeleton backdoor. I'm using a GoPro Hero4 Silver in these videos.
