Okay... I have a 98 Suzuki Savage and the float went bad on it do I got it all replaced and it runs again.. When its idling on on it'll go then eventually it'll drown it's self out. it wont on prime tho which I dont have a problem with because its basically an on/off setup now.. But why does it take alittle but to flood out? Please dont tell me to do a test with the carb just shoot me some ideas about this. THANKS!

It sounds like you are leaking fuel down the vac line... (Diaphragm in the petcock)....
You need a Raptor... ;)...

which fuel line is that? There is a big line going to the bowl and anohter going to what looks like the front of the throttle body.

The line at the front of the carb...near the cylinder.

You need to do this test:
