Yup seen that one.... the guy is awesome.... been doing it a while to I hear.

Guess a herd of deer would not pose a problem with him.... or a flock of quail...LOL...

He could definitely keep his family fed if he never missed like that. :)

Wow, the dude has some amazing skills.
3 arrows in 0.6 seconds and splitting an incoming arrow...a new appreciation for the bow & arrow as a weapon.
You read about skills of past warriors but seeing it in action is just different.

What I got from that video is that those skills were fairly common to "professional" archers way back when. Once again, another lost art. Regardless, that's pretty amazing.

LOL, I USED TO think I was good.... but that guy is a MASTER in every sense of the word.

I still have a hand laminated recurve bow in my closet. I got it on my 12th birthday, 43 years ago.... I have two strings for it and a few arrows...
Maybe this next week i'll go get me some foam and make up a back barrier... and see how bad ass i'm not  ;D ;D ::) 8-)

When I was a kid, someone opened up a old bowling ally and turned it into a indoor archery range. maybe 25 lanes that were separated by walls of netting and you could move the target back and forth to what ever yards you wanted to shoot. You could bring your own bows or rent their equipment. Back then it was $5 a hour. They also had lanes that targets worked on a pendulum so you had moving targets to practice on. The place was always packed. for some reason it lasted maybe two years successfully and then it closed down. I have never seen another like it in Oregon since then.  I bet you could make a great business doing the very same thing today.

Since it would be classed as a "projectile range", I imagine the laws from a shooting range would apply.
Not sure though.... insurances would be high.
The base in Arkansas had an archery range for a long time, closed it about 2 years before I left.
