Is there a upper triple clamp ,the fork will slip through and still be able to use tracker style bars ??

talk to ryca... maybe they'll drill 2 holes in the 1 they got for you.

I know Dave adapted a top and bottom triple that allows forks to slid up or down, but required some modifying.
I modded a Kawasaki KZ1000p top and bottom triple which also allows the forks to slid up or down, But It wasn't a straight fit.

I adapted a 1980 Suzuki RM400 triple tree to my bike....man it was a lot of work as the fork spacing was narrower.  The front hub had to have the disc mount changed, the wheel spacers and axle cut down, the steering stem had to be modified - but you could use the original bar mounts if you wanted to....although they are 7/8" and not 1"...so all the controls have to be changed.

The best bet you have right now is either the new top yoke that Ryca has, and you could drill though it and add the bar mounts - you you could use a stock bottom yoke that is modified to fit on top.

I think the RYCA upper is the best bet as it is thick enough to be tapped. The LS650 lower has two elevations; one at 23mm and the other at 36mm. This may interfere with your bar mounts.
