Title: 10 best for 2015

That Dacoti Scrambler looks interesting.  It is available in a 30 inch seat height,  and around $8,000 new. 375 lbs.  Nice bike!  I always like the old retro style on bikes.

Not sure I can take this article very seriously.....Who is "All Motor News" and what gives them the credentials to choose the "10 Best motorcycles for 2015"?  Have they ridden or tested any of these bikes?

Ducati.......The Ducati Scrambler truly proves to be a beast and the best feature of this bike is that it has an LCD unit which gives the rider vehicle and speed information readouts.

Seriously.....an LCD display is the best feature on the Ducati?

Honda Grom.......Ah, of course, how can you miss out on the famous Honda Grom 125? Although it may look like a downsized sport bike, it nevertheless proves to be a beast on the road.

This bike is famous?????  I have seen only a single one in public in the last 2 years.  It was at the Tail of the Dragon, and at the speed it was going I would not classify it as a "beast"....which is a term they also applied to the Ducati.

Suzuki V-Strom.......The sibling of the V-Storm 650 XT makes for one of the best bikes to buy in the world of traveling and adventure.

They call this bike the V-Storm and expect to get away with it?

I betcha' my top 10 list would be a bit different....although I most likely would the Indian on my list if a $ 22,000 motorcycle (before taxes and fees) can be considered a "Best Buy" :o .

Yea pretty shabby list seems they went by looks of what they liked more then anything LOL, but the Yamaha XJR1300 Racer is a sweet looking ride!

"Ninja HR2 has it all. With a 9988cc supercharged inline-four engine, the bike truly proves to be a beast"

I would hope it would be a beast with 9988cc's.

Looks like they need an editor.

The sloppy, childish writing style reeking of regurgitated promo material and the shallow focus on appearance makes me think this is an Indian motoring website and therefore without any credibility. Looks like a very poor man's RideApart. I didn't read the whole list to see if RE made the cut.

Stinger....Where did you find this "All Motor News" site?

If you do a Google Search....it doesn't show up.

It appears to be a self generated "authority"....that generates income from internet advertisement.

But....perhaps I have lost the focus of the thread.  In my current frame of mind, I would not buy any of the ones in the list.  I love the Indian - but could not pay that much money for a motorcycle.  The V-Strom (V-Storm) is the one most likely to suite my current riding needs.....although they are a bit too tall for me and I can barely touch my toes to the ground when stopped.  The Ducati Scrambler......that is kinda nice.

I was actually considering the Ducati Scrambler Classic version for a while.  Plenty of power and light weight.  The sticker price  was a turn off and the ABS is a feature I don't know if I would like.
