Ive been here for years,, never heard of another cap thatll go on. Hit the marketplace,, always stuff for sale in there,, or, look for a used cap at a wrecking yard. Whats wrong with yiours?

I went to the BikeBandit.com website and they sell OEM parts but they are way expensive so I am trying different options. I had an old Sportster gas tank on my bobber but I got the original Savage tank as a trade for some work I did but it didnt have a cap. The tank is mint and no rust inside so I want to give it a try on my bobber.

I have gas cap and key, I also have a matching ignition and helmet lock :-)

If you click on a user's name at the left, it will take you to a profile of that user. Most users have their email in there so you can contact them from there.

This is why I'm so happy to be a part of this forum...
When I was overhauling a big 4wheeler the people on that forum were like the kids in high school,,helpful to the big shots ON the forum,, phhhhht to the new guy in a bind..
