Title: Best Pork Chops Ever!
Post by Dave on 11/03/14 at 07:06:35

We watch a show on the RFD channel called Joey and Rory.  They are great singer/songwriters, and part of their show has cooking recipes.  Last week they had a recipe for Pork Chops....and my wife made them yesterday.

I have never had any pork chop that tasted so good or was so tender.....they were wonderful!

Here is the written recipe and video.

Good eatin'!

No....was kinda painful this weekend.....I did not ride a motorcycle all weekend.  We had snow overnight on Friday/Sat, then a bit of a warm up before we hit 26 degrees overnight on Sat/Sun.

It did warm up enough yesterday afternoon that I could have gone for a little ride - but there were several things I just had to do in the yard first, as it just gets dark too fast this time of year.  The pork chops last night helped to ease the pain.

I asked my 6 year old granddaughter would like to help me cook dinner yesterday and I asked her to season the pork chops. I presumed she was going to use the salt and pepper lightly as I suggested. Apparently she had other ideas as she spaced  M@M's from her Halloween candy bag on top of each.  I do not think being a chef is in her future.

Chocolate chip pork chops??? That child is a culinary genius!  I'm sure some New York hotel is looking for a top chef, you know how them big city folks are, they eat anything that looks fancy.
