Seen this before, not really meant to replace tow trucks, but as shown it'll be able to cut thru traffic with the appropriate lights and mini-gun 8-)

Hmm...this is a good idea, a better one (if you could figure out how to make it safe) would be a sort of ambulance bike or something. Think about highly populated areas with major traffic issues. Obviously you could use a helicopter too, but this would be a much more cost effective method, with the proper safety procedures in place or course.

I like the 1970's Crime Drama music.

Wonder how quick the clutch burns out on that bike pullin' all the extra weight. And sure, you can get to the disable vehicle in traffic, but once you hook it up, you're still stuck in all that traffic and slipping the clutch pulling an extra ton or so.

I'm sure that a standard Goldwing can pull a 1 ton car... too bad most cars these days weigh more than that...

The flat-6, water cooled engnie is tops, BUT in my view a "tow-bike" needs much shorter gearing; you don't need speed but pulling power.
A final drive ratio shortened by 1.6:1 / 2:1 Vs the OEM drive ratio would get the job done without too many issues on the clutch.
