Title: Screw size on top of battery guard...?
Post by SaraPeg on 10/16/14 at 10:59:20

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew the specs for the screw that's located at the top of the battery guard....on the positive side of the battery...the one that holds the piece in place that makes up the back of the toolbox.

I hope that makes sense..haha.

If more info is needed, like bike year or anything, just let me know...and thanks in advance for any help!

-Sara

The black metal part that hold the battery in, is held on by flat bottomed screws that also hold the latch for the tool box cover.  Those would both be 6x1.0 bolts about 10mm long.

The chrome cover on top is held on by screw that has a tapered bottom, and that also would be a 6x1.0, and might be pretty short....something like 5 or 6mm long.
