just converted my rear drum brake to a two piston disc brake. bled system 3 times. but brake will only good enough to use at a stop sign or red light while waiting to go. will slow bike down if only traveling at an idle.(like moving to end of driveway before entering road)
any suggestions would be appreciated.

Eh....what was wrong with the drum? Still have it?

Gotta be air somewhere or the piston has a restriction somewhere...

What type of pads are you using? Sintereds will need more pressure than, say, a semi-organic FA-06.

Is the system like it was when on the donor bike....same pedal length, angle, master cylinder compatible with the caliper, same rotor size, etc?

You aren't using the front brake master cylinder to run BOTH brakes, are you? There's no way that would push enough fluid to activate both brakes.

We need more info, otherwise we're all just asking blind questions. Where did the parts come from? How is it rigged? Are your front and rear separate? Everything that Dave asked needs to be answered.
