Title: Lumilor paint Post by babyhog on 08/18/14 at 19:01:38 Did a search to see if you guys have discussed this paint, didn't find anything. I know I haven't been around lately, but my Savage friends were the first ones I thought of when I saw this. anyway, it looks pretty cool to me. What do you think ? sorry if this pic is huge. Couldn't figure out how to resize it on my phone, couldn't wait till I got to the computer. Google Lumilor paint and check out some YouTube videos. http://https://i.ytimg.com/vi/mH6oQbckCms/maxresdefault.jpg |
Title: Re: Lumilor paint Post by 1st2know on 08/18/14 at 19:56:20 I like it, just for its hi-vis qualities. I wonder if I could get this to strobe in sync with RPMS. It would be really cool to have my tach on the side of my tank. Tron lightcycles are here! :-) |

Title: Re: Lumilor paint Post by WD on 08/19/14 at 12:08:17 As long as you are past child bearing years, have at it... it's radioactive. Been around since the 30s under one brand name or another. |

Title: Re: Lumilor paint Post by Serowbot on 08/19/14 at 15:35:52 Great... battery operated paint... ...one more thing I need a battery for... ;D... |
Title: Re: Lumilor paint Post by HondaLavis on 08/19/14 at 22:02:08 Woah, that's some crazy paint! I'd want to spray it on the frame for a neat accent. Since ground runs through the frame, you'd already have your current to light it up. 8-) Slightly off topic: does anybody recognize what is on that gas cap? It almost looks like part of a CV joint to me. |

Well,to quote a,well,it's a quote, leaving it at that.. At this point, what difference does it make? Radioactive, not radioactive, mehhh,no difference in function. |
Title: Re: Lumilor paint Post by Demin on 08/20/14 at 11:24:04 The gas cap is a custom piece.Looks like a crown. This place is kinda in my backyard.Been wanting to go check it out, since I'm a painter anyhow. 8-) |

Well...if there is a choice between the two, and speaking only for myself, I would go with radioactive helmet. At least there is some dignity in that ;) |

Title: Re: Lumilor paint Post by ToesNose on 08/21/14 at 06:22:47 It's actually eclectically charged and needs a feed to the paint, pretty wild. |

Title: Re: Lumilor paint Post by Demin on 08/25/14 at 05:56:51 I'd run it.Just add it to the list of toxins I deal with on a daily basis. The ground around here is toxic. |
