It is waaaay too easy to obtain and keep a drivers license. It is a shame that being "sane" is not part of the test.

This woman should never be allowed to operate any vehicle again, she should be using public transportation from now on.

Sounds like a case of schizophrenia, the most obvious symptom is hearing voices. These voices sound more real and convincing to them than the real world about them. Either that or she was texting and thought the God story might save her ass.
