Any of you Savage Sages know what parts (body parts, suspension, seats, etc.) might be interchangeable between the 650cc and the 800cc? All I know is that the wheelbase difference is just under 3", but it seems like Suzuki may still have shared some non-engine components...

On the Intruder site I'm on.They say the complete frontend assembly is interchangeable.Have to use all the Intruder parts..wheel,rotor,etc.

Shocks and complete front end. Right side Intruder muffler. Tail light, turn signals, license plate holder, plate light. All can be swapped between first generation VS800s (pre-S50) and LS650 (pre-S40). Tail and head lights will swap through the current series S40, muffler, maybe.

Have 2 LS650s and a deceased VS800 at the house. The 98 650 runs the shocks off the 96 VS800, and vice versa.

Forget about swapping tanks, fenders and seats, not going to happen.
