I have a bobber build going on and am thinking of using a different carb. What are the tried and true carburetor options out there.?

I have this carb on my bike, with a large foam air filter. I did not buy the flow optimizer or dial a jet, I jetted it with and O2 sensor and meter and it runs great. I cut down the stock air filter boot and used a small piece of PVC tubing to clamp the rubber boot and air filter together.

With your stock piston, cam etc. it is plenty of carb for your set up. The only thing about your bike that could cause an issue is the large 2" header pipe. It looks great - but may be a bit too big for the engine to run the best.
