Title: Rear Brake Light Cable connection at Brake Pedal? Post by humblegeo on 07/17/14 at 11:12:44 My brake cable for the brake light is not hooked up at the front brake pedal. I see the tiny little bracket with the small hole and cotter key (cotter pin). I know the cable goes thru the small hole but I don't see what holds it in place. I couldn't find a picture of it in the Savage Companion Photo CD file.  Must be missing a small clip or something similar? What else might work? Appreciate it

Title: Re: Rear Brake Light Cable connection at Brake Ped Post by verslagen1 on 07/17/14 at 11:33:01 I think it's a plastic snap in dealy that disappears into thin air. I think I just took a paper clip and wrapped it around the cable to hold it in.  Doesn't take a lot of effort to keep it there.
