The first one is a door striker for a car door.The piece in the jamb that the latch hits.The second one,somebody probably had a set of driving lights mounted to it.Lastly try Ebay or make a set of aftermarket Harley ones work.

Appreciate it Demin. Door striker for car door! Lol...no wonder I couldn't figure out where it goes on the bike. Jeeessshhh ::)
