Thought I was gonna figure out how to cut and paste.lower left of the keyboard is a scissor and keyboard.  It split the keyboard and I don't know how to get it back. Hunting for it will take for ever.just this post is 5minutes.

Justin, don;t touch anything!  Simply get a teenager to come over and figure it out for you. Problem solved.  :D

The lady who records the sermons for us went to the sound booth for a "talk" with the "young guy" who was working the board. She said he looked a little upset with her that an old lady was telling a young guy about the electronic stuff. She just explained that her generation built all of that stuff. Gotta love it.

Scissors are dangerous JOG...

Yeah, I always use copy and paste instead -- no scissors.

Much safer.

Of course the paste function can be dangerous too, once it gets smeared all over the keyboard and your fingers get stuck to the keys.

Sorry.....I just couldn't let that opportunity pass by.

I have the same problem with computers.  My computer will cruise along for months without issue....then all of the sudden it has changed and I have no idea how it changed.....or how to go back.  I used to be able to send Personal Messages from my office, then all of the sudden I can't and I have no idea how to fix it.

I used to wonder how folks could have a car, drive it everyday, and not know what makes it work or know how to fix it if something were to break.  Well......computers have taught me a lesson.....I now understand.

Have you guys noticed how vocal I have become, I am trying to get 1000 posts, only ten more to go. I usually don't have this much to say.

My major upset is with my laptops.... I stopped using PC's a few years ago for mobility...yah can't just pack a laptop in a car and use it.
My problem is I have lazy arm positions and the "heels" of my hand (below my thumbs) hit the touch pad and does crazy stuff, moves mouse, cuts and pastes.....ect....
Also with my newest laptop if I hold down my shift key on the left side of it, it says "pause" and there are arrow keys right below it.... I will some times be writing and it will "select all" and delete before I can stop it because my fingers are typing so fast my mind can't keep up with them.

HA! Something else to comment on!

Old rider I have to that trouble sometimes too, my laptop has a little dimple on the touch pad I can double click and turn the touch pad off. I usually try to do that when I am typing. I have a mouse I had rather use than the touch pad anyway. I too have had huge chunks of material just disappear, that is pretty disappointing, I can usually go to "undo" and get it back, though.

For some reason I end up with a "C" sometimes scattered in my stuff. I can't figure out if I hit it in connection with the space bar, or when I am trying for some other letter, really no rhyme or reason to it that I can figure out. Maybe a crumb or hunk of dust or something has fallen into the keyboard. IDK.
