The July/August 2014 edition of Popular Mechanics has a nice write-up regarding the Savage and the RYCA Motors conversion. They do refer to the stock Savage as "dorky", which is probably one of the kinder terms used to describe our mount.

There's quite a few who enjoy their S40's/Savages the way the left the factory and don't give a tinkers cuss about "dorky"", in fact that word is almost as bad as "cool".

Nice 2 page layout in a very big magazine.
But "dorky? Me thinks Ben needs to be slapped around a bit.
